I saw a website called Prime Chihuahua Dogs and wanted to purchase a puppy for my wife. I contacted the company and was told I had to pay $700 for the dog using a Zelle transfer. They would not accept credit cards. I did that and the sale was verified by the company. I was then given he number of the company who would transport the puppy. They also wanted $700 paid for the transportation and $300 for the vaccines. Again Zelle payment was the only acceptable payment. However this time, even though my bank said the payment had gone through, they claimed to have never gotten the money. They then said I could pay for the dog transport using Google Play Gift cards as long as I provided them a copy of the receipt. I did photo copy a picture to them of the receipt but I did not include the number on the cards. They then said the store receipt was not good enough, they needed the numbers off the cards. That is when I realized I was scammed.

The transport Company was global lines express. In this process Charlene Perry (alias Chleo Noella) was the lady who was going to bring the dog from Nebraska to me in New Hampshire - her phone number is (817) 678-6467, The rest of the contacts I do not have names for. The man I bought the dog from is a phone number (308) 800-3452, the person with the shipping company is (706) 553-1405. The General Manager of the transport company is (240) 366-7085. He is the only one I talked to in person, everyone else was by text
