Prime Suppliers is not a reputable dealer. We purchased a Generac generator back on 2/1/21 for $2000.00 and never received it. We were told there were shipping delays originally, but every deadline was broken and there was no communication from the sales person, Dexter, that it was still on the way. Multiple calls went unanswered. We finally decided to try another company and our generator is on it's way.

This was the poorest customer service experience we have ever encountered. We have filed a grievance with our credit card company for reimbursement of the first generator that never came.

1-202-400-2031 answering service only, the direct number they provided went to home depot, not the sales person.

1-866-478-2587 is their company number...they promise to connect to an operator. Help!
