The online store is advertising going out of business with multiple discounts. The advertisements and product received are not the same. The web has a return policy, everything looks legit, comes up under USA, but origin after dealing with them for return is China. The did not send the same product advertised, it’s a clear knock off, I have pictures, they refuse to return my money, offering for me to return the item which cost more than I paid and only offering 25% return. I have pictures of what was advertised and received. I just want them flagged so they don’t take from anyone else.

I ordered clothes and shoes that presented itself as an American company. There was NO phone number or any means of contact except for an Info email address. I asked to cancel after my order and was ignored. I received two of the same shoes that were complete plastic and not leather as described. The dress received was polyester that was cut incorrectly with the waist being too high almost at ribs and was NOT as described. Cheap products and NOT as described at all. Company wants me to send the items back to China for a large mailing fee and will NOT REFUND MONEY. Total scam.
