Pigeonly provide a pay as you go service. They switched over to a monthly subscription service and I opted out, asking them to delete my account. Every month they have been charging me the monthly fees even after asking them to delete it as I don’t even use the services. For 10 months they have been charging me. I ask them every month to take me off and to refund me the money and they still haven’t done so.
