Back in August I saw on Groupon a deal for a photo booth. My wedding is June 2, 2018. A photo booth is something my fiancé wanted really bad. So I booked it right away. When I contacted the company to see if the date I needed was available, they said it wasn’t, but would honor the Groupon rate if I booked directly through them. I have made MANY purchases on Groupon before and this has happened. So why would I think any differently. So I purchased the photo booth rental with a few add on’s Totaling $399.99. With my wedding approaching, I am just touching base with everyone to make sure no loose ends need to be taken care of. I have Multiple Sclerosis and are currently going through a chemotherapy treatment. So from in bed, I am making all these phone calls. So when I went to follow up with the photo booth company, the website no longer exists, the phone number that I had to get from Yelp, (it was not on my invoice from my payment) I called and was on hold for about 10 min and was hung up on. When you call it asks you to press 1 for new reservations and 2 for existing. So I waited and called back and pressed 2. Same thing happened. On Yelps reviews it says scam EVERYWHERE ! The few reviews that were positive, didn’t seem real. With that many complaints, them

Not showing up, showing up hours late, showing up with a broken printer, forgot the back drop. The past few reviews have all said No Show. I have been in tears all day. My wedding is June 2,2018. I keep trying to tell myself that it’s better I found out now, rather then the day of. But still, they aren’t returning my emails and calling is wasting time. I can not believe this happened to me. I am so upset and mad. Please be aware, they go by other names too. Photo bookings international and others mentioned in yelp.

They took my money never showed up or called for my event. I've been calling and haven't gotten an answer or a reply back through email. I contacted Groupon letting them know that Photo Booth Booking is using them to boost their business and ripping people off. The company do not have a address. It looks like them are using random ZIP Codes throughout the United States on their website.
