It used my first name, and asked for a review.
The text ended by referencing AirBNB. I have never heard of Homeseeker Vacations, and my last AirBNB use was early 2020. I haven't stayed anywhere for a local vacation in recent years. I live in the Barrie Ontario area.
I went to the above website, it states it's certified by BBB.
They have two phone numbers that you can use - one is a local number in the Barrie Ontario area, and the other is a 1-888 number.
The number that texted me is 1-888-877-5482.
I tried calling both numbers, and neither of them had a voicemail inbox greeting, just automatic messages that don't reference the name of the company.
After both phone calls, they auto-texted me asking me to send a message or call back.
Seems fishy.
