i get what feels like 100's calls a day asking to verify business listing. i tell them no thank you please remove me from this list. they say it is an automated system anytime someone looks up "oops a daisy" they WILL call. to "verify" google listing they say takes $. if it is really google TM how can they keep calling even when i ask to be removed. it is maddening.

This must be what's called a neighbor spoofing scam. The caller asked if I could hear them. I do not know Keith Gardner so I hung up.

Senior received call from number listed, company was selling a back brace. Caller wanted senior to go to Rockford to pick up the back brace but 91 year old senior mentioned that he could not go that far, caller then said they will mail it. Unfortunately, senior was confused and gave out his Social security number and Date of birth. Once the caller asked for his medical insurance, senior said he was with the VA then proceeded to ask if it was a scam. Caller hanged up. Once senior informed me of this, I called the number. Person that answered was Kevin, I asked what the company provides and instead said he was going to connect me with a supervisor. After being on hold, I asked Kevin what the name of their business is called and he stated that he is not allowed to give that info out. Instead, he asked for my name and number.
