Person called claiming to be with Bell.Said they are part of retention and are calling to offer money off my bill for the next year. Started asking me questions (what was your last bill, how many cell phones are on plan) but got angry when I wouldnt give them info. Kept telling me I was on a secure line and it was being to verify my info. I asked them to tell me some info that they knew about me and they refused. I said I wasnt going to give them any info as I thought they werent Bell and she got angry and gave me a number that she said I could call back on (1-800-578-2752) and I will see that she was with Bell. I told her I would do that. Contacted Bell and told them what happened and they verified that they would never call like that unless I had asked for a call back
