I was contacted by email stating that I purchased an anti-virus subscription through a PayPal account for $351.24 on September 3,2025, which is false. I do not have a PayPal account anymore. I contacted Norton antivirus helpline and spoke with a Michael Williams at about 11:00 AM on September 23. He stated that he would have it removed but asked if I can go on my computer to take care of it and I told him no. He said he would have it taken care of. I want to make sure there isn’t a PayPal account open in my name.
