recurring payment from paypal----i called the number to dispute and was told it was paypal and i needed to change my password but i had to do it on a computer, i explained that i was not by a computer and they were supposed to call me back, now i have another email of a paypal recurring payment for another phone. the 1st one was an iphone 17 and now its a samsung, i am trying to get ahold of paypal to dispute
