Barbara Murphy called me with case number L586-781 saying that I owe money and it is a class a feloney. They said if I pay them the pay off I will not go to court or be summed. and if I pay said amount I will not be called to court. It was a hard press for money and when I would not give them the money they wished me good luck in court. I did pay them 3 times before and after the third one who ever I gave the card number had the nerve to also use it for other transactions on top of getting the money was going to be sued.

They called me originally from a No Caller ID. They also are calling family members. They left my Uncle a voicemail with a number to call back and a reference number to call back. I called them and they wanted me to confirm my identity which I wouldn't. I also was yelling at them. They tried to say that they would be filing charges in the county that I live in and told them to go for it and called them scammers.

Received a call from a "NO CALLER ID" left a message stating that they were from the state investigation office and i needed to call the phone number provided. (I have fallen for this 3 times with this "Company" and given them money 3 times now. But I will no longer. They threaten stating they are taking legal action and do not give the company name until you call back. They then tell me that I owe so much money however they will not send a copy of any information about the debt or collection information. They state if I do not pay today they will send me to court and they will also be garnishing my wages. They have my address and also my ssn. they give me a case number to the debt they are looking to collect but again will not give a copy of the debt stating once it gets to this office they do not have to show proof until the debt is collected.
