Scammer claimed to be a parrot breeder, sent a contract for me to sign, i made initial down payment, i made extra 2 transfers before heading doen to pick up parrot, said i would pick up parrot in VA, drove with my family and on the way down asked for another 1050, i only had 600, when we arrived, santiago never showed up to meet us because they needed 450 to complete process, he never showed us the parrot or answered my calls, when returned hime the next day another 10 hour drive, he apologized and asked for a chance to make it better, he would pay for parrot shipping, i sent him the 450 that supposedly were needed, on delivery day, his shipping company UPS global shipping logistics asked for $750 supposed to be refundable, i refuse to send anymore money, i stopped believeing and trusting, i need my money back, now santiago marin claims no refunds, he failed to deliver the parrot, he failed to even meet us when we went.
