Shoes arrived weeks late even though they said I'd received them. They kept telling me to be patient. The shoes finally arrived; they were of extremely poor quality; they were a couple sizes smaller than I ordered and very thin. The email they sent from is not the same as the one for responding, and it took a while to figure out what to do. We exchanged multiple emails. Their interpretations of my messages were either ignored or misunderstood (likely the former), and they kept asking me to provide more information, to return the shoes at my own expense (very expensive with no guarantee I'd get my money back) or keep the shoes and get a very partial percentage of what I paid. The more I complained, the higher the percentage increased, but it remains now at only 10%. This feels like a total rip-off. I am working with my credit card company to try to get the charges reversed. I have a long email thread but can't share publicly due to my desire for privacy.
