I found an Opulineza ad in Facebook posing as a MOCO Boutique with end of season clothes on sale. I placed an order on 8/4/25 and didn't realize it was based in China until after I placed the order and received the confirmation. I kept tracking it but the shipment was never received. I contacted their email: [email protected] where they replied that if I want it 'resent,' I would have to reply "Yes, I agree with the reshipment.' They said there was no proof of delivery but they could contact the carrier to work something out or they could give me a 60% refund.

I contacted my bank who is filing a dispute and they canceled my debit card, so no further charges can be added from Opulineza.
