Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service
On 8/21/25 I woke up to a declined transaction from OPEN INC. The account they attempted to retrieve money from was my Cash App card, which I only use to transfer money and to buy junk from Temu. Because the transaction was declined I was unable to dispute the transaction online. However, I called and reported the declined transaction as fraudulent. Notes for the potential transaction states the last 4 digits of the card belonging to Cash App and “Apple Pay online” and for the “On statement as” says “OPEN INC”. No other information was included. I looked up the website Open Inc and found the website https://www.open.inc/.
The website is vague and there is no contact information.
