I contacted SuperProf online to book a music lesson. The website promises to match you with a music teacher at your home or another location. I was matched with a teacher who within a few minutes declined the lesson time I suggested and did not respond to my question about alternative timing. I could not find another teacher and did not attempt to book another lesson. I was shocked to discover I had been charged for a service never provided and on a monthly basis!
So far I have been charged twice by Superprof. These are the charges that appear on my credit card:
Thu, Mar. 6, 2025 - superprof - paris - franc - $49.00
Tue, Feb. 4, 2025 - student pas - paris - franc - $49.00
I received ZERO SERVICE from this business.
I will also file a fraudulent charge claim with my credit card company if I don't hear back from them by tomorrow.
