I order Christmas gifts back at the beginning of Nov. I tracked shipping until it said delivered. The product was never delivered middle of December. I called all delivery services and none had a package with that tracking number. I emailed the company to voice my concern and they tried to blame on shipping company i explained I had already called all of them and tracking doesnt exist. They offered many partial refunds and I explained i would need a 100% full refund. They stated they were processing and it would be 15 days. We are now way past that i have only recived 1 refund for 8.99 and 1 for 14.00. I have reached back out multiple times and keep getting the same automated email response and no results of money.
