They advertise on Facebook selling products. They offer sales so i selected 3 items and paid. It’s been over a month. Their web site says made in USA, shops from local warehouse in 5-7 business days, another area says they’re based out of UK, but the shipping notification says the pa have shipped from Italy. There’s no phone number

Package of merchandise never arrived and USPS has no record of the shipment. Got a delivery/tracking notice, but package never arrived.

I placed an order back in June and never received the items. I followed up through email and she said I’d receive my items by the week of 4th of July. I never received the items and she isn’t responding to emails! Her website is also deactivated. I requested a refund because she didn’t send the items and no response. She is alive and well because she is active on social media.

Ad on tiktok for slushy empire, selling slushy machine for $10. Purchased item and received tracking number. Product was shipped to Puerto Rico and when I contacted the seller that it was shipped to wrong location all they said they are looking into it. This purchase was in June. It’s august now and I looked online and there are multiple people saying they got scammed also. Just wanted to inform you of the scam business.

I order something back in April that 'supposedly' was delivered in a different state than the one I live in. I contacted them seeral times and keep getting the run around. The item was a Stanely water bottle.

They listed a Tamiya 1/14th scale box trailer kit for $47.88 on a google search. I went to the website and ordered the trailer with it saying that there was a few (maybe 7) left in stock. I never received an email whether I was going to get the item or not but they gave me an order number, and it still says processing. and they took the money off my card. When I looked up the company it didn't exist online or the BBB.

On Instagram- received advertisement that Bed Bath and Beyond was going out of business. Purchased several items however the site is no longer available. This seems to be fraudulent

The company advertises on Facebook as ‘Gelcharm’. It supposedly was for personalized items for Father’s Day. the actual website that took the $63 out of my account was ‘Westgift.com. No item was ever received.

Advertisment on facebook. Never received items ordered claiming i gave wrong address. Refused to refund full amount paid and requested additional money for postage on an offer of (no postage) on certain orders. But debited my credit card immediately for full amount in May. Now July.....still no refund after many emails.

I attempted to buy shoes from them,I picked the shoes out sent my information and I was charged.Now the keep giving me the run around about giving me my product and they they will not give me a refund.First they told me that my package was on the way then they told me it had been delivered after they gave me tracking number after a month.

I placed an order almost at the end of April and I kept checking my email for updates but after 2 weeks I received a tracking number but wasn’t able to track my order. Once I reached out to the company or so I thought, they kept telling me the system was down and give them another week and my order should be on its way. Then an entire month later I reach out again and still I was not able to track my order and asked for a full refund but was told I would only be able to receive half of what I paid. I want everyone to know that sites like these offer clothing for plus size women but they don’t stand on their word! Something has to be done about all of this scamming going around because it’s not fair.

Placed order thru FB ad look like Macys in 3/6/23, Later on I wanted to cancel because I realize wasn’t Macys Their acknowledgment of my payment $32.65 via UseePay on fionachic.com didn’t sound good and the order was paid with my credit card from Macys/American Express. And they didn’t let me cancel.

They are saying that they have a signed deliver and my husband or myself never received the package nor sign.

Now, they are offering to give me back 50%. I hope you can help me, Silvia Tramuto

I was on TikTok and a add came on for Shapewear Shorts. I clicked to go to the store, it took me to the page. I choose the color and size and purchased it with my Bank Debit card. I even got a email order confirmation. So, then I waited weeks for my package to no avail. I tried to send them a email using their email address that was on the order confirmation email. The email didn't go thru, I tried 4 times. I also tried to go to their website Luxoticas.com there was no such website. I never recieved my item that I purchased.

The company called Stanleyus.1913 is masking themselves as the Stanley cups company and use social media to promote their scam. Once the order is placed, they take your money and never send you anything. Beware!

The regular payment processors were not working for me attempting to buy a Vostok watch that I had wanted. I sent an email to the website support email address. After numerous emails back and forth, I took a chance and went out of the regular payment processes to send money directly to a person using my bank's bill pay. I took a chance but went ahead since I hadn't been able to acquire that particular watch through other methods. The watch never came, even though I had been emailed saying it would be one the way. I know nothing will come of this but just wanted to put out a warning to anyone else that may visit the two websites.
