We purchased a used backhoe from Peter Evans, a sales rep for Reed Marine Consignment Services. The listing was on craig's list. We wired the money to BRV Entity LLC from our Truist Bank to an account at Wells Fargo, #121000248 account # 8868204606. We have filed a report with ScamPulse.com (we checked the ScamPulse.com website prior to making the purchase and there were no red flags). Attached all back up documentation.

Found a piece of equipment for sale and contacted the company. An agreement was made, a purchase order sent, a wire transfer completed, and a delivery date set. On the day of the first delivery, they statedthe truck had broken down. It would be delivered in a few days, as soon as the truck is repaired. On the day of delivery for the second attempt. The driver called, said they would be there in an hour. The driver did not know any of the mile markers and could not state his location. Husband attempted to call the owner but his number is blocked from calling the business at this time. No equipment and out almost 30k. FBI contacted.
