Tina King contacted me by phone. She was highly recommended by the company from where I buy the devices for my company. She was interested to sell me a marketing platform for my spa business that could bring me more clients. Her advertising package program that she was selling was around 4500. She suggested to use Cherry finance for payment respectively Pay.withcherry.com/nwcryocenter. In this way I will pay just a portion per month and not the all amount at once. I did make a contract with Cherry. In the contract the company that Tina represented was NW Cryo Center. After I sign the contract Tina disappeared and if I succeed to talk with her always was a delay. After one month of delay I realized that I was scammed. I wanted to cancel the contract. I contacted Cherry by phone and by email from the first month after I closed the contract saying that I want to cancel because the NW Cryo Center represented by Tina King are not providing services. They told me that only the person that can cancel the contract is Tina King. I talk with her and she said that is not a problem that I will have my money back, but Cherry said that they didn’t hear anything from Tina. My concern started when I find out that NW Cryo Center is not existent as a company and Tina King is a con person. I decided to stop payments to Cherry and file for small court against Tina her company and Cherry. They didn’t serve Tina or her company because they didn’t find her or her company. They did find Cherry. In a normal situation I needed to go in San Francisco spend time and money to open a small court in their district. No chance to do that. I was lucky because the COVID I could do it online. I win the case. I provided documents about my small court case to Cherry by mail several times. I talk with them several times. They didn’t care to acknowledge that document. Basically, they threaten me that I will still have a delinquent account and it will appear in my credit score if I don’t pay. At this very moment I am still trying to removed them from my credit history. I have bad credit because of her and Cherry.
