You only pay shipping they claim.
Once you enter your info for the shipping charge you are automatically now purchasing another product on top and paying that shipping cost as well. There is no way to cancel.
After receiving the product (actually now two separate products in one box with no paper work or receipt)
I thought the transactions would be complete.
The product is not what promised or ordered and is clearly a poorly packaged product.
Over a month later i noticed two transaction from Ireland for a total of $293.00 from a unknown place.
I contacted the customer service line from the website now given on the CC transactions.
They claim that it was a free trial only for 14 days and then after you must pay $293 for the product already received .
No where did it claim this. The customer service rep offered me a 30% discount and then hung up on me.
Please do not fall for this scam and do not purchase Nuvella on line.

The "Nuvella" link takes you to their website and falsely links her to their product and states:
"Claim your Exclusive Trial. Pay only for shipping."

I realized minutes after I ordered my "free trial" that it was a scam and called to cancel it immediately. They said my shipping label had already been created and I would have to wait until I receive the product and then pay to ship it back as well as pay re-stocking fees.
I was very fearful that they would charge my credit card so cancelled it. This company needs to be shut down immediately. My banker said she receives at least 5 calls a day from clients that have already had several charges on their credit cards because it took them awhile to realize it was a scam.
