This company offers pet products, claiming they care about the animals. I bought something called NunaPets® Natural Silvervine Stick Cat Chew Toy × 2. This toy supposedly cleans the cat's teeth. They will get attracted to the toy and chew it, helping them with - this are their words "fiber which help cats eliminate hairballs, improve digestion and dental health, by chewing the silvervine, your fur babies dental plaque and tartar, fetid breath can effectively be eliminated and oral health can be improved" As soon as I took these sticks out of the package, the sticks material started to fall out and the material seemed to be of very poor quality. I gave them to my cats, but they didn't pay attention to them. I tried making them chew as they supposed, but since they were falling apart, I was suspicious of the material. I sent an email for a refund about a week later, but I never got a response, even though they have a 100% money back guarantee. I know I didn't pay that much for these low quality toys, but it's the principle of being responsible for what they are selling.
