Desiree said she was with DTE and said that we have to go with them now for gas (Ntherm) and new our DTE Acct number, our clerk said we would have to look into this and she got very verbal and mad, threaten her. Be aware

she asked if that was our account number and clerk said yes, Not sure what's going to happen now. We hung up with her.
