Received a letter from Sun Trust Bank about over draft fees. Since I don't have a Sun Trust account I contacted them about this. They said that there was an account open in my name with all my correct information except for a different phone number. I was given a phone number for the main branch of Sun Trust and talked to someone in their fraud dept.

At that point they put a freeze on the account, I wanted it shut down but the wanted it left open to be able to catch the responsible party and get their legal team involved.

I then contacted the Police about this situation. An Officer came to my home and took all the information and it would be turned over to the FBI for further investigation.
