I have ordered from them before and had no problems receiving the product. My latest order was on August 31, 2025. I received an email on September 1, 2025 stating it had been shipped. The money was taken out of my account that day. I usually get the order within a week, but did not receive it. On the 10th, I started messaging asking if there was an issue and what the status was now. I received no response (in the past they had been very prompt in replying). I messaged them the following 3 days asking for a response. I received no response. I paid $73.95 and received nothing.
