The ad was seen on Facebook for riding vehicles for older children so I ordered two for my grandchildren as Christmas gifts. The site assured the shipping would take place within three to fifteen business days. The order was placed August 21, 2023 and as of today, September 25, 2023, it hasn’t shown any movement in progression of shipping any product. I have sent several emails asking for a cancellation of the order and a refund of my money with no response from the company, I’ve notified my bank for fraudulent charges but they can’t do anything.
