Website: The number invariably comes up if you do a search for "You Tube Customer Service." Once they gain your trust. they ask for permission to take control of your computer. Stupidly, I complied.

I had trouble finding a phone number for You tube tv. I then did a search and this Hawaii number came up in my search results. I called it. I was trying to locate a duplicate account of my services. I stupidly gave remote access to the scammer who had a thick Indian or Pakistani accent. He came across as polite and not demanding. My screen would go blank while they were working on "the issue." At the 42 minute mark, I hung up and started damage control. Once he asked me to download Zelle on my phone and also asked for other credit cards I may have, I came to my senses and hung up. I have had to replace some of my cards because of this. I thought that by giving them my AMEX information was relevant since that was the payment method on my You Tube account. I got lucky and only lost 100.00 which I am currently disputing. They also hacked my Pay Pal, but Pay Pal much their credit, rejected a 252.99 charge that was also associated with the scammer's "name" **** *****. They attempted to use XOOM to have this 252.99 taken from my account but Pay Pal denied the request. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.
