Ordered one bag of shilajit gummies from their social media business page on 8/4/2025. International tracking provided much later, tracking didn’t indicate movement at all. Received 3 email notifications saying the product had just been delivered (2:30 AM on a Monday 8/18/2025) No product delivered at that time, not the next day or during the week. Online form sent to their customer service went unanswered, as well as their support email address. No response. No delivery of product. This morning (9/2/2025) I noticed my card had been charged another $44.80 for their product (I did NOT ‘subscribe’ - this was a standalone order to try the product) I tried calling the phone number (a Seattle number for a Delaware business) and it hangs up before it even rings. So no ability to reach via posted phone #, NO responses to their online customer service form, no response to a direct email to them.

I ordered a wig from EVERGLOW HAIR IN MARCH, It cost me $520.00 and I have contacted them by Phone, both numbers are not working, I try to contact them by email, that did not work the email keep coming back. I have tried everything I could think of no response. I received an email at the time of purchase I was told I will receive an email with Tracking number on it, nothing. I tried to log on and the Password I normally use for my order do not work. They are talking people monies and not sending the product. I do not know what else to do. I cant give you a Tracking number because they never sent one. I NEED HELP IN TRYING TO RETRIEVE MY MONIES. I LIVE IN BOWIE MD

I saw an add for a portable scanner to make copies on a Facebook post. I ordered it on January 9 2025. Midway through January I contacted them from an email that they had sent me. After that I have

heard nothing from them. Found their number on the website and I tried calling

the number on February 4 and it always

went to a busy tone. I would like to get my money back or the product.
