I placed an order for an Apex Bundle Smart Watch on the 6th of June 2025. As of 1 July 2025 I have not received my order. I have sent several e-mails but have only received 1 response claiming problems with the new tariffs and shipping delays. I advise all people to avoid this Company.

I went to their website, ordered a bundle which was a watch and accessories. Received a confirmation on Feb 27th, but have not received the product. Tried to call the number and its just a voicemail. No one returns the calls. I sent emails and no one returns them either. It said shipping was 3-5 days and still today Mar 11th I have nothing. They took my money from my debit card. I can not find any information about them anywhere. Their website says thy were featured in Forbes, but when I look the Njord in Forbes is a luxury yacht.

Ordered 2 watches, received 1

Ordered the Indestructible Smartwatch and the Mountaineer. The company is supposedly run by a Canadian father and son team. However, the item shipped from China. After 3 weeks, one of the watches arrived, and of course the tracking says all items were delivered. I've emailed the company at 2 different addresses multiple times (no replies). I've called them several times (always a busy signal), tried reaching out to them thru their Instagram page. NOTHING! So basically I paid for 2 watches from Canada and got 1 from China, and the company can just ignore me and keep my money with no recourse. I'll be filing a complaint with the Canadian equivalent of the Better Business Bureau as well.
