Ordered 2 watches, received 1

Ordered the Indestructible Smartwatch and the Mountaineer. The company is supposedly run by a Canadian father and son team. However, the item shipped from China. After 3 weeks, one of the watches arrived, and of course the tracking says all items were delivered. I've emailed the company at 2 different addresses multiple times (no replies). I've called them several times (always a busy signal), tried reaching out to them thru their Instagram page. NOTHING! So basically I paid for 2 watches from Canada and got 1 from China, and the company can just ignore me and keep my money with no recourse. I'll be filing a complaint with the Canadian equivalent of the Better Business Bureau as well.
