False Comments

Hi All,

This is Andy here. I am going to address the disparaging comments on this website. Please note only one of the reviews is genuine and is a result of an unresolved client dispute i had back in 2014.

You'll notice the other comments do not have any specific detail or context are simply personal attacks on myself to bring into question my personal character and the integrity of our work. This has come from a personal vendetta from a very interesting character i met in Tulum. I know this to be true as i did a 'Wagatha Christie' on them when the first batch of personal attacks started appearing.

I know exactly who is responsible for these comments as when i became suspicious i fed the person i suspected of doing this false information . That information later appeared on this site. :-)

My father e mailed this person from an alternative e mail address calling himself 'Ahmed'. The comment referring to my father as 'Ahmed' subsequently appeared on this site. My father is not called Ahmed and i have never had any intention of moving my office to Florida.

I know exactly who has been writing these disparaging comments. The language style and use of alliteration of onomatopoeia are very familiar writing styles with someone i know very well. :-)

Our company has always been called 'Next Stop Media' as we do business under a 'Doing Business As / DBA' and any client going business with us knows this.

Like many companies we went on hiatus during the Covid 19 Pandemic and i went over to Tulum as it was the only place that was not locked down. I did not tell anyone since it was a delicate time to be in a place where there were no lockdown rules.

If anyone has any queries or questions i can be contacted on the same e mail address. The wesbite is back up, however is just in the process of being modified since we have moved and have new phone numbers.

All our clients are given contracts with us and all contracts have been honoured since the start of 2020.

Please get in contact if anyone has any questions regarding any past / up and coming visa applications. We are back.

After extensive research I have the IP address' of the above comments and will be taking a legal action.

Breach of contract and refusal to let client review files I started working with NextStopLAX in mid 2014 to change my status from an F1 visa to an O1 visa. Everything seemed to go well at first since I supposedly had strong materials but the first problems swiftly followed after I paid the first invoice of $**** via PayPal: 1. I never received a signed copy of the contract from their side. 2. Phones were never picked up and emails went ignored. If I did manage to get them on a call by appointment they would say one thing, but contradict it in a followup email. 3. They did not assist me in crafting and assembling the documents as promised. They only gave me links to example documents which ended up getting me an RFE or denial every single time. 4. Ian ******, my case manager, would not only mess up my name every single time, he would also not be able to write a single grammatically correct sentence or spell right. Aside from that he tried to convince me to lie in my applications, he shifted my application around between the CA office and the Vermont office which I later found out is illegal, and he also came up with all kinds of excuses why it wasn't their fault my application was being denied. 5. I received no help with my RFEs. In fact they were reluctant to file the second one because they knew according to my contract I'd be owed a full refund. 6. Re-filing wasn't free as stated in the contract. They charged me every single time, $825 for the first one, $375 the second one, $500 for the third one - and claimed it said so in the contract (which it doesn't and they never signed it anyway). 7. I never got my refund after the second denial which was the deciding factor why I went with them in the first place. 8. They never sent me my materials which according to the State Bar they are required to do within 7 business days. I requested them several times. They pretty much billed me for non-service and then didn't even follow their own contract. I tried to resolve this several times but owner ****** ****** *** ignored all attempts for communication. Their customer support ignored my emails and phone calls as well. If this doesn't get resolved via the BBB I will take them to Small Claims Court over these two years of hassle and overcharging ($*****).

Oh my goodness, thank God that someone report this failed actor wanna be in USA turnt to immigration consultant Scammer based in LA to this site.
I came across to this site because I can’t contact them anymore ( Andrew Newton Lee and Ian Ahmed Newton Lee and the Nslax Client Service) they blocked their email, Phone number, etc I can’t contact them anymore.
Andrew Newton Lee who basically from U.K. and said he is a famous actor ( uhm maybe an extra actor because I never seen him in any famous or awarded movie) actually took my money for fraudulence act of consultant company in Los Angeles.
He lied about my case (working visa) and manipulated me with fake politeness when I see him the first time and after I paid he completely turnt to become really rude in my regards and I still have the proof of it. Now they blocked my number, email, and they don’t want to get any contact with me as I still have entitled to a refund. You scammers! I hope You scammers get really bad karma.
