I was contacted by a person claiming to be Nathan Goshan with an Employee ID#MT252 and a Case#DV786 claiming they were Experian and that two of my credit cards had been used on Amazon and were suspicious purchases (I had not used them for Amazon recently) and that someone had filed an application for a credit card from Bank of America in Austin, TX, under my hame and social security number. After questioning this, I was transferred to two other people who tried to confirm all my info (they had my complete credit report) and then, they transferred me to an advisor, Jake from New Life Services in Orlando Florida at +1 (866) 978-7813, to help me close my cards claiming there was fraud attempted on the cards and that their legal team would clear all my charges at no charge to me. However, I would not be able to apply for a new card from the institution for 9-12 months. Turns out they were going to charge my card $18,000 and then attempt to use their “legal” team to eliminate the complete debt after they received payment from the card due to the use of the Consumer Protection Act when they likely were scamming both me and attempt to scam the credit card company. I checked my card companies and there were no questionable charges and I had fraud protection in place. I froze my cards from use until I needed to use them, to stop whatever attempts they make to charge onto the cards. What is interesting is that they had my complete credit report including my home loan and card balances. Please pursue these fraudulent people.

My boss, who is 86 years old received a call on his cellphone and must have agreed to a service that he didn't even understand. I googled this company and it seems that it is a debt collection company. My boss has had numerous strokes which affects his speech, thinking process and ability to understand. I have been paying his bills since June of this year and I have worked for him for the past 36 years and he doesn't have any debt nor does he need debt a consolidation service to repair or improve his credit.
