They called and verified information through text while we were in the call. They changed my number for fsa school loans and had my entire social address and amount of loans. They sent documents via email to demonstrate they were “real” and and called multiple times texted and emailed. They knew there were loans taken out for one of my children and named the school attended too for a parent plus loan. Very convincing. Prepared to send emails while in the call to prove they are working with educational relief. Only one person contacts you all the time Sol Marquez and the number is the same

They had access to my FAFSA student loan account info and said if I pay a fee of $1408 I would be enrolled in a student forgiveness plan where I don't have to make any more payments. They knew where I went to school and how much money I owed in student loans. They sent me a "Master Service Agreement" having me sign their package titled "***NER Service Agreement". Their IP address was listed in the user agreement at the bottom but they're for sure using a VPN (37.120.202.91).

Andrea Rodriguez called me claiming to work hand in hand with the department of education helping borrowers to apply for student loan forgiveness. On the call she claimed to be submitting an application for loan forgiveness. She knew my outstanding loan balance and started to me my social security number. After “submitting” the forgiveness application she claimed that all of my balance was going to be forgiven except for $1400. She then immediately asked for payment and a payment method. I refused payment and she got agitated with me and said she is very busy and did not want to waste anymore of her time. We then disconnected with no money changing hands.
