My parents need elder care, we interviewed a number of agencies and went with New Villa Care Services. Mr. Villanueva's agreement is that he provides 24/7 caregiver for my parents. He has failed doing that; he also does not pay his caregivers, so there has been turnover and turmoil. My parents pay on time, however, last month he asked my parents for $500, loan, and my father gave it to him. This owner should not be in business, he was told to pay it back and never confront my parents for money again. At this point, he has failed again to send a caregiver to fill in for the one that walked out because he didn't pay her for at least a month. The Scam is he's getting paid by his clients for caregiving care, he's not paying his employees, and borrowing money from our elderly parents.
