I wanted to try a two-week program, but it turned out to be a subscription that automatically renews annually without notice. It feels like a scam because no customer service is available to address concerns, and I ended up being locked into another year of the subscription without my consent. When I contacted them, they said I wasn't eligible for a refund, and the money-back guarantee was only valid for 14 days from the initial purchase.

Do not fall for this scam.

They do not inform you of subscription renewals and charge you without warning. They do not issue refunds either. If you purchase a 3 month subscription, they charge you every three months but you do not receive any services for those charges.

They DO NOT issue refunds and they DO NOT inform you of upcoming, pending or soon to occur charges. They also do not issue cancellation numbers for tracking and their customer service emails are haphazard, unprofessional and again unethical.

DO NOT give them any of your money!

A friend on Facebook posted her quiz scores from Neuromodus. They claim to be a helper for mental health. I actually never sign up for systems like this, but read through the information and decided to sign up. After making my initial payment, I started to look further into it (which I should have done before). Something just doesn’t seem right to me. The ownership is vague and the initial emails I received read through unpolished. They mention a full refund if not satisfied, but when I tried reaching out, they sent me a link to their policies saying that I must try their system for 7 days and show proof of doing the worksheets, and that it didn’t work in order to be eligible for a refund. I also reached out for a refund before any of the program information was sent. When signing up for the one-time payment I noticed that they try to sell multiple add-on worksheets as well as memberships which would add up very quickly. I just want to make sure that additional people aren’t being scammed especially when trying to assist with their mental health.
