Customer Services?

I did NOT authorize an online purchase for this amount from anyone. Called 877-651-1627. "They provide customer service for online merchants." Why ask for first 6 digits and last 4 digits of card numbers to resolve a transaction dispute? Sounds fishy. I strongly believe these are scammers. Not to mention, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes after giving my information

My husband's credit card was charged $44.98 five times without his authorization. Not sure how they got his card number. Initially, they charged $1.98, and when that went through started charging monthly $44.98. The bank has refunded our money, and he is getting a new debit card.

$39.95 for WHAT?

This charge showed up in my bank account. I do not know this company or what it is supposed to be, but I DID NOT buy anything from them or subscribe to anything with that name or anything close to that name. I am angry, upset & need that money back! I can’t afford to lose a dime with my budget stretched to its limit as it is. I have been worrying about my rent, & car payment let alone this kind of BS scam. I need my money back!

Netivox.com--who are they? I tried calling the number on my transaction statement and nothing. The amount is what others are reporting: $44.98, POS Withdrawal - NETIVOX.COM 8668600546 7380 W SAND LAKE RD STE866-8600546 F. Will be reporting this to my credit union fraud section.
