Charges posted to my account in Nov, Dec 2023, & Jan, Feb 2024. Difficult to detect because money taken below $50. These charges blend in and don't raise red flag until scam alert detected them and alerted me. Visa card disabled and new is on the way. Where is the FBI?

I received an email from Chase asking me if the $49.95 from NET-MP.COM on my Visa was valid or not. I looked at my statement and saw a charge for $5.00. I replied to the email that I didn't know anything about this charge. They immediately closed my account and will be issuing a new card. I hope you catch these thieves and put them away.

This people keep trying to remove $49.95 from my Chime account. I noticed something when I had never heard of NET-MP.COM but my Chime debt card Bank keep sending me messages asking if I had ok'd a payment of $49.95 and I messaged no of course but it's done got to were it's like twice a week. Plz I'm praying yall catch these thieves before that get more innocent people.

These people took money out my account without my permission I want my money back on Dec 18. 49.95. Nov. 27. 4.95. Nov. 20. 49.95. Nov 13 1.95. These people HAVE NO permission to get in my account none what so ever. I’ve never heard of them until I checked my account this morning. And as I read fr other people that this has been going on for awhile. And nothing has been done to stop this. Crooks.

These crooks took $49.95 out of my bank account without my permission. I don't know how they got my info. I want my money back and these [censored] put in jail for stealing my money. I want compensation for having to cancel my card and getting a new one. For the 10 days it will take to receive my new card.unable to access my money GIVE IT BACK [censored]

With reference : NET-MP.COM MARGATE FL from my account were taken these above amounts . After a few days the information was vanished. Will you investigate this and inform me please. I didn't made any contact nor bought something. So, this will be a mistake and I'd like you send back my money.

A mi me sucedió haciendo un pago a un rentacar me di cuenta cuando ya estaba de viaje y llame al banco para cancelar pero me dijo que tenia que pasar por el banco. De momento no me ha hecho grandes cargos pero ya he dado orden de cerrar la tarjeta y efectuar la devolucion.

In Mar 2021 an unauthorized debit of$39.00 was paidbymy bank for 3 months through May. Total refund requested $120.00. The company sells nothing and is a total fraud. The owners. Workers and all principals must be jailed and prosecuted with long prison sentences. I will spend myunlimited resources to make sure this happens quickly. They f:#$&d the wrong person, I never quit until I win.

July 7, 2020 $4.95 taken from account

July 28, 2020 $39.95 taken from account and left me overdrawn the bank paid it but then charged me $5 a day from July 28th to August 10th then close my account! I had no idea they were even taking that money out of my account I never look at my statement until my bank said I was overdrawn and I got a letter saying it was $122 I want refund it immediately $122 I want refunded the fees at the bank was charging me daily because now it goes on my record makes my credit bad and the bank won't let me open another account there!
