Ad on facebook for Amazon warehouse pallets. Takes you to their website to create an account and place the order. I ordered the medium sized pallet for $39.99 plus tax and shipping for $52.98 thru Paypal. Order summary shows picture from the ad of pallets with caption 'Hot Online Wholesale Gifts' and lists the seller as Warminup. My bank shows payment to HE NAN NUAN YANG IAT Paypal. Web ID 770510487C on Dec 12, for $52.98. Tracking info originated in Shenzhen China but should have been from USA. Received a small box 8" x 5" x 4" with 1 item, a mens shaver, no brand name or photo of item on box. Contacted support@Neixcei for refund but just getting the run around. Offered 10% discount and keep the item but thats not what I ordered and I declined. Return Policy states full refund if wrong or defective item and keep product from Hippitrend within 14 days of receiving. I will follow up with Paypal for refund.
