The person would hacked one of your friends page on facebook and, start a conversation with you,and ask you did. You hear about the grant the government is giving away, then they would send you,a number to text ,and tell you to tell them,I want to enroll for the NEFH ongoing program ,then they will tell you to keep them posted on the progress of what they say while using you facebook friend . Ask for your name ,age address, male ,female they will tell you how much money you are getting ,and you will have to send some for fed X fees and you will receive your money several hours when you send the payment.please be advised do not do it because it is a scam it happens to me.
