The scammer was able to obtain vehicle vin numbers and license plate numbers. They also charged my credit card $149 x 2 for about $300 total. I received nothing in return. They claim to be associated with the government DMV which is a lie.

The website says it helps people by providing a service, but they only provide the same service as the DMV website provides. The difference is the NEEDTAGS business rips people off by charging more than the DMV.
