Person by the name of "John Brown" he clam's that he's from NCR services. He has threated to take legal action against my wife.He has not given any information as to why he is attempting to collect a debt.

Threatening voice message left by Oliver Harris, referring to a file # AL T7011. I have till November 30th to get back to him. He states "that you have not even had the common courtesy to get back to him." He mentions a claim by me and Erie County. I have no idea what he is talking about.
