He says his name is Lawrick Michael and posed as a friend I know on messenger used her account telling me I won a grant I thought it was her so I contacted Nwar on messenger he responds quickly at midnight gets my name and says he will check after a min he responds yes I'm a winner of a grant for $50,000 all I have to do is send him $300 for processing and app fees and in 24 hrs will arrive at my door I said send me the grant and I will send you twice the amount this started over a week ago and now will take $100 payments today

I was contacted on Facebook Messenger by a close friend. The first message I received was asking me how I was doing. The second message: Then they relied saying that they were doing pretty good and blessed. ( not so this friend is dying of cancer ) The third: Then I was asked if I heard about the recent good news yet. They proceeded to tell me about the NWAR National Welfare Allocation Refund and they received 2,00,000 when they applied. The fifth: was telling me to apply through the agent official text and they think I should contact the agent in charge to help lead me through this program.
