They have been calling my cell phone from +1 844 226-8637. They provide a case # and then connected me to a representative who demanded I verify who I am by providing them the last four digits of my social security number and address. I refused to provide the information and asked where this call was from, she stated, National Recovery Association. When I demanded to speak to manager she hung up the call. They even called my brothers mother-in-law and went as far as to tell her that there were 8 allegations against me and they were trying to find me. She stated it was a man with what sounded like a British accent. When I looked up the number there are various comments about it being a scam and to report it. I also looked up the company and came across this statement on the home page of National Recovery Agency, "Please be advised that NRA Group, LLC dba National Recovery Agency is not affiliated with NRA, LLC or National Recovery Associates. NRA Group, LLC does not do any collection business for any payday loan lenders. If you are being called by this agency or being called by the telephone number 844-210-5817 or 844-226-8637 please contact the CFPB, ScamPulse.com or your local Office of Attorney General."
