I got a call from natmb. Drove 25 miles away, showed up to the job and told them what needs to be done and the price to fix. I was then told I had to wait to get approved for the price! I was then told my repair was too "pricey" and it would be disapproved. Then they asked what is the best price you can provide? I didn't know that you dictate my prices lol! So i left and now Im still waiting on my service call fee for the drive and now I'm raising my prices because you want want want without giving!

Unpaid invoices : I have several invoices that have not been paid from this company. The same people I have sent invoices to and complaints about the issue keep telling me it will be taken care of or that they’re company is having trouble paying invoices because they’re server was down. I don’t think anyone should have to wait over 40days for there money. It’s simply unacceptable. Also no one in this company will keep you updated on the status of the invoices owed.

These nigg3rs deserve to die. They will call you and pretend to pay. Lesson learned. Call me again and I will murder you. Maybe I should go back to the property and do something you won't expect.

Waste of time

I've done a lot of work for these guys and they paid me. But, last week I took a job, did the job, summited the photos and invoice. But didn't get paid. They lied like I missed their call, then when they did call, they asked for more pictures. They pissed off the customer, he would not let me back in the house to take more pictures because he was done with them. Now they still haven't paid me. But the work was done and completed and they know it. But won't pay. They asked me to go back knowing the customer wouldn't let me in.. More gas wasted

This company is a scam and so is King's Handyman

King's Handyman let me be the first to tell you, you are full of [censored]. You sound like a scam yourself/ Troll. You have been on almost every comment in here. I feel like you work for the company directly so everything I have read that you wrote has went out the door. Can't trust your word. I wish you would comment on me. Anyhow. I got a call from a guy named Enrique Sanchez. Now I didn't do any work, but that was due to error on their part. I went to the same location twice trying to get into the home with the lock box code they gave me. There were 2 lockbox and three different codes which none of them work. From the beginning I let them know that there is a $100.00 service fee for every time I went out to this place, and he said OKAY. This was 11-18-22 and it is11-29-22. Now with that agreement he should have honored that. It was only $200.00 but at this point just be a trustworthy company. Overall, yes, I think this company is a scam also. Would never do anything for them again.

NEVER PAID FOR SERVICE

Mauicio Pineda call for service on an ac unit. We sent the pictures that were requested along with the invoice. Service was done in May 2022, this is now Nov. 2022 & still have not been paid. WAS CALLED OUT BY EFRAIN CAMPOS FROM NATIONAL MAINTENANCE BROOKERS TO DO AN AFTER HOURS CALL. I ASK HIM FOR A CREDIT CARD UP FRONT AND HE STATED IF I WILL CALL HIM WHEN WE WERE FINISHED WITH THE JOB HE WOULD GLADLY PAY US RIGHT THEN, AND OF COURSE HE WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WILL NOT RETURN OUR CALLS. CAN'T BELIEVE WE WENT OUT OF OUR WAY TO HELP HIM WITH AN EMERGENCY AND HE CAN'T EVEN BOTHER TO PAY. DON'T KNOW HOW THEY LIVE WITH THEMSELVES. TOTAL FRAUDS! GLAD YOUR COMPANY IS MAKING MONEY WHILE WE ARE LOSING IT!
THEY ASK FOR PHOTOS AND WE SENT THEM ALONG WITH THE INVOICE.

I don't see the meaning of these reviews if all you can see are the bad ones, what about the good ones? Just because someone had a bad experience with them does that make them a scam?

Many people like me could lose a great opportunity to work with because of this.

I've performed a job of a couple of thousands for them and I had no issue getting paid after completion, I really wanted to take some time and leave this review here, because it's not fair for someone just to state something so bold because they had a bad experience.

there must be a reason why these 3 nonsense reviews were made by those people I'm sure they did not do something right,

I mean Yes, they ask for pictures of before and after completion to get you paid so what!? We ask to get paid right away, it works both ways gentlemen and if you can not meet those terms and conditions since the beginning then just say so!

Don't go crying out loud lying about them being a scam when it's not true...

Anyways I hope I help someone with this review since they are a great company to work with.

Our company hasn't gotten paid either and the lady we were in contact with can not be reached via her phone number any longer. My husband does fantastic work and I can guarantee you there was nothing wrong with the job he did.

Amazing Company to work with!

I wanted to share this just because I had found these comments and I was concerned about it, but I had an excellent experience working with them and I did not have any problem whatsoever. I've been fully paid, and now I have a constant job coming through them.

PD: I Understand every experience is different for each person but stating that they are a scam it's a little bit too much!, that is why I wanted to share my experience with you guys.

They are a damn scam. Contacted me through Thumbtack. Javier Diaz handled this. Sent over and hour away to fix an AC. Took before pics submitted estimate and they said to wait this sometimes takes a little. After 3 hrs they stopped responding to me. Renter called them and the rental company ( because they never received the invoice) and still no answer. 3 days later another maintenance company was brought in and they handled it. It wasn't until 2 weeks later that they finally answered me. So the excuse was that Javier had the "flue" and they canceled the request with me. Charged them a service fee + hourly rate. They finally paid the service fee and said that all they owe nothing and blocked me.

Did you expect to get paid for a job that was performed by someone else?

I understand you had to go to the property but that is what a service fee is for, where it's the scam in this story?

probably you were too expensive so they went for someone who was cheaper, that doesn't mean it's a scam.

My friend if you had pictures of the before and after like you've said they would've paid you, I've done more than 15 jobs for them with no problem in any of them, and trust me it was more than $400 for each one of them.
Don't get me wrong people, but I hate comments without the whole context, making people like me lose some great deals tho.

I was contacted by David Adams, from NATMB, to do some repairs to a local property. We agreed on the work to be done and the price, and he texted to me the key code to the key safe box to enter the house that was up for lease. I completed the repairs and sent him the invoice, never to hear from him again. I tried contacting him by his phone line, (307) 201-9995, ext 179, but he never returned my phone calls, or emails. I tried calling and emailing the company but no one has ever gotten back to me. I have pics of the before and after and all the documents of our communication.
