I received two robocall messages last month on my home answering machine from National Financial Hardship Center. The phone only rings for a brief moment and my answering machine picks up. Their phone number does not appear in my caller ID. The message stated I was approved for a $31,000 hardship loan. No credit check. Wanted me to call back 855-601-8979. They said I would be approved the same day. I never applied for a loan. They never mentioned my name. The last time they called was December 28, 2022. Callers name was Phil. The first robocall was a woman. I don't remember her name. I did not call the number back. I knew not to call it back. k.
