I was looking for financial help to subsidize my cpp disability and came across the NDCA website.
I filled out the form and got a response that initial investigation showed I could get some refund. They then sent me another form for someone who financially supports me. We filled that out and got amd email saying he would get a refund. In thr meantime I'm getting emails every 20 min to fill out these forms that I already have.
They do not respond to emails, the phone number just gets a recording saying that person isn't available. No voice mail.
I am revoking their access to my CRA account and have blocked their emails.
We have not filled out the last form, asking for our banking info that would allow them the withdraw their fee.

DO NOT USE THEM!!

I unwittingly filled out the form before educating myself on this company. They will harass you to no end. They will invoice you stating approved correspondence with the CRA for such n such amount and charge you 25% for their troubles. This is a simple form that you can do yourself and take to your doctor to fill his portion. Then submit it to CRA. There is NOTHING special that this company does. They filed for more than the 1 tax year when I specifically told them not too. They're very sneaky and deceptive. Currently, I'm getting 2 invoices mailed AND emailed to me for just under $1000 EA. I've emailed them twice stating that there is ZERO communication from CRA for these additional 2 years that I've been granted this. In fact, they are trying to claim dependents when I AM THE ONE WITH THE DISABILITY! They wanted my mom's email so she can collect as well.
I am at my wits end with this FRAUDULENT company!

I do not recommend this company at all. They are deceiving and overbearing! At first they seemed motivated and really willing to help me recive the disability tax benifit, but upon waiting for my appointment with my doctor ( which I informed NDCA the date ) they continued to send me the same forms to fill out multiple times, as well as daily phone calls. My doctor also got frustrated with the daily Fax of the same paperwork that included his portion to fill out.I had yet to be approved for the disability tax credit however the NDCA inquired through tax years that I have worked and asked for a reassessment to be done on years that I'd POTENTIALLY be eligible for the disability credit. Before even getting approved they said I was eligible for a certain amount and that I didn't need my doctor to verify my disability to get it ( this is when it started to seem fishy). My taxes were reassessed and I was found to be eligible for the Canadian workers benifit for that year and I would receive a certain amount. The Canadian workers benifit can be devided into two separate parts. The first part is a base amount which any Canadian who is disabled or not is entitled to If they are considered low income. And the second part is an additional amount for for eligible disabled people. However because I have not filled out the paperwork I'm NOT eligible for the disability portion of tax credit as of yet. However they still decided to send me a bill for the working tax credit that is NOT the additional portion meant for disabled people. They are only supposed to bill me for disabled portions. If you got involved with this company GET OUT ! I recommend going to your CRA account. Click on "profile " scroll down to the bottom where it says " authorized representatives " under that you will see this company (If you are involved) to the right of their name is the delete button. I would not want this company anywhere near my personal tax information.. Shame on you for taking advantage of disabled people.

Hi! I'm in the middle of their BS right now! They kept putting in for other years after i strictly forbade them. And they put it through before I could take them off my CRA.

Neither my doctor or my accountat have ever heard of this and both believe that this is a scam.

Why would the NDCA require your SIN other than for identity theft?

The CRA offers Disability Tax Credits that total this much for children, usually $15-20k for adults. You need to authorize a representative with the CRA using a SIN number. Not sure why your accountant hasn't heard of that or your doctor hasn't ever filled out a disability tax credit certificate.
