I am the customer for Order #9966. I ordered three chokers from this store on September 2nd for a total of $164.40 with the expectation that they would ship between 3-5 weeks, which is the time-frame displayed on the red banner for the store website. Three months after placing the order, I received an email asking me to give a review for a product I still hadn't received. At the time of writing this, 122 days have passed since I placed this order. I've sent multiple inquires regarding Order #9966 and only received automated responses in return. Even the automated responses are out-of-date. I've received handmade designer items from European stores that were crafted and shipped in a quicker time-frame than this. Somehow, Tori T. continues to update the website with empty promises and continues to suppress the negative reviews criticizing her store's practices. She is scamming her customers by advertising products they'll never receive.
