I receive these robo calls or automated system calls at least a dozen times a day starting early in the morning to as late as 10pm at night. I block each number that comes through but they use a different number every time. This has been going on for over 6 months now and probably 100s of different phone numbers blocked through this time. I listed the last phone number that just called me at about 8:15 this evening and have blocked it as well. Even if I don't answer or dismiss cal they still get through to voicemail and it too is automated system so I'm constantly having to go through deleting messages which poses a problem it not allowing room for real messages or important messages. But there's no way to stop them and don't know what to do at this point because it's become such a nuisance and disruptive.

Rachel Donovan called, stating she was an underwriter for an unnamed company regarding a loan I had applied for for $46,000. I have never applied for a loan that large nor done business with this company. I was instructed to call 8335883733 to complete the process and finalize the loan. I did not.

Madison Cruz from an unnamed lender called, stating a loan I had applied for was nearing completion, and to call back at 8445093321 to finalize the financials (I did not.) The loan was for $46,000, and I have NEVER applied for this large of a loan, nor for a loan with an unnamed company.

I have been receiving up to 10 calls a day from multiple different 800 numbers from this Crestwood Advisors telling me I have been approved for a loan. I have used the automated option to be removed and the calls will not stop. I block the numbers and they just call from a different number.

Daniella Torres called, stating that a $67,000 loan that I applied for was being reconsidered, and they needed additional financial information to process it. I was directed to call 8559090937 to finish the process. I did not. I have never applied for any loan that large.

Thomas with CustomFit Baths called my mother and told her he would be out to show her CustomFit Baths. She told him she wasn't interested. He told her he would be at her house at 6. She told him not to come. I called him back and told him not to come and don't call her back.

He told me my mother "must have early signs". I told him there was nothing wrong with her and he better lose her number. He told me he would "cancel for free this time" because she was "showing early signs".

Thomas is quite possibly the most unprofessional business man I've dealt with. I'm not sure if this company is scamming elderly people, but I would be very aware.

The phone number I provided will reach a generic automated message, that puts me on hold, and then reach the live voice of Nicole. This phone number has called me repeatedly for weeks now. I have google assistant pre answer my calls and the first time Nicole did respond to it but every time since then, about 20 times in the last couple of weeks, this same number calls. But since I blocked it I see that it calls but nothing is left in a message. It's robotically calling me. When I did talk to Nicole she just answer "Loan Processing Department" and then I asked from wehre? She said NEW HAVEN and that I had applied for a personal loan. I did not give her my real name but then I asked her to remove my phone number. She said she would comply. I did ask her what is the name of the person she's trying to reach and she did pull up my name. I just told her that it's not me, I haven't applied for any loans, and she should just delete this file from her records. But she seems to be a part of a scam robo system. My phone number is based out of Los Angeles so I assume she was trying to bait me.

I received a phone call saying I was being sued and they weren’t able to reach me at my residence to serve me. She asked if she could call back and leave A voicemail with the contact information for the Lawyer I needed to reach out to. She called back and left a voicemail telling me to call a lawyer named Darcy Smith, and then left a phone number 888-544-3052. In the same voicemail, she then tells me to contact the lawyer again as if she’s going to repeat the lawyer information but this time gives me a new lawyer information by the name of Laura foster with a totally different number 855-714-0697. Immediately after speaking with me, she then calls my husband’s phone number looking for me and tells him she has been unable to reach me and then I am being sued and ask if she can leave him a voicemail as well.
