Thomas with CustomFit Baths called my mother and told her he would be out to show her CustomFit Baths. She told him she wasn't interested. He told her he would be at her house at 6. She told him not to come. I called him back and told him not to come and don't call her back.

He told me my mother "must have early signs". I told him there was nothing wrong with her and he better lose her number. He told me he would "cancel for free this time" because she was "showing early signs".

Thomas is quite possibly the most unprofessional business man I've dealt with. I'm not sure if this company is scamming elderly people, but I would be very aware.

The phone number I provided will reach a generic automated message, that puts me on hold, and then reach the live voice of Nicole. This phone number has called me repeatedly for weeks now. I have google assistant pre answer my calls and the first time Nicole did respond to it but every time since then, about 20 times in the last couple of weeks, this same number calls. But since I blocked it I see that it calls but nothing is left in a message. It's robotically calling me. When I did talk to Nicole she just answer "Loan Processing Department" and then I asked from wehre? She said NEW HAVEN and that I had applied for a personal loan. I did not give her my real name but then I asked her to remove my phone number. She said she would comply. I did ask her what is the name of the person she's trying to reach and she did pull up my name. I just told her that it's not me, I haven't applied for any loans, and she should just delete this file from her records. But she seems to be a part of a scam robo system. My phone number is based out of Los Angeles so I assume she was trying to bait me.

I received a phone call saying I was being sued and they weren’t able to reach me at my residence to serve me. She asked if she could call back and leave A voicemail with the contact information for the Lawyer I needed to reach out to. She called back and left a voicemail telling me to call a lawyer named Darcy Smith, and then left a phone number 888-544-3052. In the same voicemail, she then tells me to contact the lawyer again as if she’s going to repeat the lawyer information but this time gives me a new lawyer information by the name of Laura foster with a totally different number 855-714-0697. Immediately after speaking with me, she then calls my husband’s phone number looking for me and tells him she has been unable to reach me and then I am being sued and ask if she can leave him a voicemail as well.
