I needed help preparing and filing a legal document. on 8/1/2022, Nadia York reached out to me on craigslist and e-mail and posed as a professional Paralegal and said she can easily help me prepare and file the document. She said she would charged a flat fee of $250 ($150 to start the work and $100 when completed). She asked that the payment be made through Zelle and sent me a Zelle request for $150. On 8/1/2022, I paid he the requested $150 on Zelle. On 8/2/2022 she said she needed another $75 to write up the document and sent me another Zelle request for $75, which I paid through Zelle on 8/2/2022. On 8/3/2022 she said she needed another $250 as a filing fee, and again, sent me a Zelle request for $250. I paid her the $250 through Zelle on 8/3/2022. She said the document would be filed the week of 8/3/2022 and that it would be finalized by the court no later than 90 days. I waited and after 90 days, I reached out to her through text, phone calls, e-mails and even through Zelle refund requests. She has not responded to any communications. She never showed me any documents that she said she would prepare. The court does not show record of any documents prepared or filed on the case. I have waited over 120 days and she is not returning calls, texts or e-mails.

**Reported 3 scam transactions through BofA Zelle fraud dept. 12/6/2022.

Spoke with 2 people. The 1st confirmed the Zelle ID #: 3473870379 for the transactions is tied to a Capital One account. The 2nd, Angela, took a long time filing a detailed claim.
