I clicked on the link and went about registering my trademark; it seemed very legit. I then got an invoice stating I owed more than I was told (from the email I provided). I then texted the number that was provided for James Hernandez, who stated I would receive a new invoice, which I never got. After several days of waiting, I attempted to find the website, but I got error codes for stating that it could not be found. I texted the number and was told their website was down for upgrades. I continued to look things up, I found no other information or reviews - as if the business did not ever exist. I stumbled across a site that checks to see if a business is legit and it stated that the site was opend 5 months ago and has low traffic, so I messaged them via text (James again) , demanding my money back, and stated that I did not believe they were legit; they agreed and stated that I had to wait seven days. However, I began receiving threats that they would then retain ownership of my trademark since they paid the fee to the federal office, which they originally told me they would not do until I had made all of my payments.
