I placed an order for two sweatshirts on 12/3/2024. Everything seemed to be going as usual like other online orders. Received my online confirmation email 12/3/24 order #10013.

12/17/24 I emailed the company asking for my tracking number because I haven’t received it yet and the delivery was supposed to be 10-14 days.

12/20/24 Received an email from [email protected] Evelyn who said my package is on the way. That no worries it will arrive soon according to the carrier.

12/22/24 I get a very generic automated reply apologizing for the inconvenience. They’re doing everything they can to contact the shipping carrier to investigate the delay. When they get an update they’ll update me.

12/24/24 I emailed them again because I haven’t heard back and still no package and no tracking #. I ordered in time to have these sweatshirts for a 1/4/25 Christmas party.

12/26/24 Another automated like email apology from them with no tracking number info. Just telling me they’re sorry for the delay and if there’s no update on the tracking in two days I can get a refund.

I have emailed them 5-6 times since that date letting them know I still don’t have my package and would like a refund. They have not replied to one email to date. I did finally get my tracking number and it says delivered on 01/24/25. Tracking #AM558436756CN, I have no idea who this carrier is, besides the date and the tracking number everything else is a different language. It does say if you have a problem with your delivery to contact the company. There’s no way to contact them now. They don’t respond to emails, no phone number and now their website is down. I didn’t receive my order and I emailed them again on 1/25/25 to notify them. Like every other email I sent, no reply.

Purchased on 11/25/24. I received a conformation that my order was being processed and given a tracking number. I tracked the order a few days later and it said it was going through the shipping process in china, a few days later it said it was going through customs, again few days still in customs. The next time I checked it was shipping to the US, then Finally I saw it had reached the US and was being sent through the distribution centers here, and then it was sent to my towns postal center. Well my postal center does not have it and say they do not see anything in their system with that tracking number being processed. : /

Ordered a QR code sweatshirt from TikTok. Was never given any tracking information so I reached out via email and asked for tracking information. A bogus tracking number was given to me that showed it was going through customs. The money was taken immediately from my account rafter it was placed. After 20 days, I sent an email asking for a refund. A generic email was sent telling me that I needed to reach their financial dept @ [email protected]. I reached out to said email and never received a response so I emailed again. After another 10 days heard back saying I had to fill out a form in order to get my money back. Of course, never heard back or got my refund after said form was filled out. I reached out again to support email and have not heard back. All of a sudden after 40 days, the bogus tracking number shows “delivered” but it in fact, was NOT delivered. Absolute scam. They are absolute TRASH.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts, order said it was prepared and shipped, for 37 days ordered showed in transit, then showed delivered. Never received the order, the post office couldn’t get the “tracking #” to work. I have emailed this company multiple times and now they won’t respond or refund my money.

Followed an ad from TikTok to order a sweatshirt for a christmas present. I ordered 2 sweatshirts and they offered a tshirt for free with purchase. All went well and i was given tracking information. But all tracking information stopped at customs. I have reached out several times and been given a very generic and automated response that its the holidays and be patient. I gave plenty of time before reaching out again, only to recieve the same email in response. Then reached out again asking for a refund and was once again told to give it a few more days. Reached out again and no response. I keep checking my tracking and theres still no updates and still no package. Complete scam company.
